Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

• Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

• Items must be returned in original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Holiday clothing

• Pre-order items (unless there is a manufacturer defect or error)

• Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are final sale.
Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the item has a manufacturer error or defect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Manufacturer Errors

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
